thats a hellova leg session bulky. strong squats, and that 100kg x 17 set is intense. overall good work for quads.

breathing squats sound dangerous :keke: dont eat before working out lol.. keep it up man, that brisk walking after those quad blastin workouts, should be relaxing.

ok today i did delts, here it is:

Seated smith military press:

2 warm up sets

Dumbell side lateral raises:

my delts were fried to hell, so decided to call it quit. did some crunches and hanging leg raises for abs and got out of there. session only took 40 minutes today. felt good:)

Lion: my shoulder felt fine today, alot of stretching helped me. i find the shoulder play up every once in awhile, then it usually gets better until i start slacking with the rotator cuff exercises and stretching:/ thanks for asking bud:tiphat:

Hoke: thanks alot man, military press is something im trying to improve though. i want to add more mass to my shoulders specially the lateral heads. obviously that is one area every bodybuilder should always try to improve:)

TKD: as always much appreciated that u take the time to stop by for some log love:gaygay: ye my egs are actually alittle better now, hams are still stiff, but ill think theyll be good to go tomorrow for deads.

Ok so today was Deadlifts and arms. it was pretty good, especially considering i only had one meal in me, which usually gives me less energy. today i was feeling pretty good though...

10 minutes of treadmill and rotator cuff exercises

Deadlifts off the floor:

2 warmup sets

120kgx6
130kgx5
140kgx4
150kgx3
160kgx2
170kgx1 easy as hell, could have done atleast 2-3 more
180kgx1 easier than i thought, could have done 1 more im pretty sure...
130kgx6 just to burn those erectors out...

was pretty happy, specially considering last time i did 180 kg i my bodyweight was 9 kg higher. im still only 81 kg, so this was fun. next week im definetely aiming to get 185 kg for a single. my cousin told me my form was extravagant too:tiphat:

moved on to arms, decided to start with tricep

Close grip bench press:

2 warm up sets

50kgx8
60kgx8
70kgx6
80kgx7 no failure sets today. nice and slow

scullcrushers:

30kgx8
35kgx8
40kgx8 last one assisted.

Straight bar pushdowns:

20kgx12
30kgx10
40kgx8 dropset--->20kgx12

moved on to bicep

Straight bar olympia curls:

2 warm up sets

45kgx6
50kgx4
55kgx2+ 1 assisted, thought i was gonna get more seeing as 50 kg felt somewhat light:angrydude:

seated incline dumbell curls:

22,5kgx4 dropset--->12,5kgx13 total failure, i was fucked

narrow grip cable curls:

1 set of 20 kg for 16 reps, just to flush some extra blood in there:imcoolurnot:

did 4 sets for calves and took a brisk walk at the treadmill for 15 minuts. thats it for this week. now im gonna rest up during the weekend. monday is chest. until then guys:xyxthumbs:

huge deads Bulky, next time i bet you can do more than 185 for one rep, if you say it was easy for the 180's, nice workout for the arms as well, good job bro :2:

great session buddy. solid deadlifting, you'll lift 200kg like nothing soon. the rest of the session looks solid aswell.

TKD: thanks alot as always bro, i dont know about more than 185 kg next week, we will c how things goes:2: ill try 185 next week, and if i get it, ill consider trying 190, but not if 185 is hard as hell, which it might be:) not every workout feels as good as this last one, but im on a roll now with extra calories, so lets hope for the best.

SamSam: thanks alot for checking the log bro:2: it really is amazing how much better the workout feels now. energy is so much higher. my body just sucks up those extra calories like a swamp:D

Freako: haha, i think its awhile before i catch up on u big guy, i sure hope ill reach 220 kg this year though. i think thats very much a possibility seeing as ive only deadlifted for around a year, and feel like just now im really getting the hang of it technique wise:)

Iron: Sure hope ur right about me getting 200 kg soon, would be great for sure, but im gonna take things slow, make sure my form is good, and dont risk any injury, and then well c if i can keep increasing:)



Well, next session will come tomorrow. working early tomorrow, so ill get to train later in the day with extra food in me. gonna do chest, hopefully it will be a good one:2: until then guys:D
