thanks alot browas quite pleased with todays session, i was actually expecting a crappy session, seeing as i had little food in me and just felt tired as hell. but as the warmups went on i noticed i did have some energy in me after all. now im just stoked about tomorrows leg workout, gonna train early, hope it doesent affect my squatting, gonna try 150 kg tomorrow i think

on a serious note though, 150 kg will be heavy, and im gonna go careful with it. if i can only do one rep then so be it. im not gonna risk anything, specially since i wont have a spotter tomorrow. im hoping for 2-3 reps though![]()
