killer session bro, great rows and pulldowns, those chinups at the start of the session looks nice :2:

thanks alot bro:tiphat: was quite pleased with todays session, i was actually expecting a crappy session, seeing as i had little food in me and just felt tired as hell. but as the warmups went on i noticed i did have some energy in me after all. now im just stoked about tomorrows leg workout, gonna train early, hope it doesent affect my squatting, gonna try 150 kg tomorrow i think:tiphat:

on a serious note though, 150 kg will be heavy, and im gonna go careful with it. if i can only do one rep then so be it. im not gonna risk anything, specially since i wont have a spotter tomorrow. im hoping for 2-3 reps though:xyxthumbs:

Great fucking workout matey. those barbell rows are great and shrugging 145kg for 6 reps, incredible bro :2:

legs today, went good:)

10 mins on the treadmill, light walking and jogging.

Squats:

2 warmup sets

100kgx8
120kgx6
150kgx3 was happy with this, i wouldnt have tried for a 3rd rep if i was alone, but i had a spotter, so decided it was safe and it went up ok:)
100kgx20:ugh: breathing squats:2:

barbell hack squats: (narrow stance)

80kgx8
90kgx6
100kgx3
100kgx4

leg extensions:

25kgx12
35kgx10
45kgx8
20kgx16(dropset)

Stiff legged deadlifts:

80kgx8
90kgx6
100kgx4 had no power in the hams today so just took it easy...

lying leg curls:

35kgx10
40kgx6

seated leg curls:

50kgx18
50kgx16

did 2 sets of standing and seated calf raises and took a brisk walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes.

tomorrow is shoulders, looking forward to some military pressing:)

Rage: yeah man breathing squats is the shit, really kicks up the intesity. and yeah SLDL's are great, they really work my hams good. i just gotta really focus on form when doing those, so i feel it where i wanna:)

barbell Upright rows:

dumbell side lateral raises:

20kgx6 last rep form was alittle off
10kgx15(dropset)

Rear delt machine:

25kgx15
35kgx12
45kgx10
25kgx10(dropset)

did some situps and hanging leg raises for abs, and thats it:xyxthumbs: gotta get to work now, but ill be sure to drop by u guys logs tomorrow when ill be posting up the deadlift and arm session. cant wait for that one. im gonna attempt 185 kg, and if its easy ill go for 190:ughnoes:

Your leg workout yesterday was frigging great man, incredible squats. And the workout today was awesome, 95kg mp 1 rep! :ughnoes:

Im impressed with your workouts lately. 20kg side laterals is a lot of weight, so you are forgiven : )
