to answer ur question alex, im still cutting, pretty lean, leaner than last pics. but im not 5% bf no. and i wont get there either, because i start a clean bulk next week, gonna maintain a low bodyfat through summer. so next week im upping the carbs and reducing cardio to 3-4 sessions per week. probably gonna get up to 90 kg again, then diet down to 85.

Great shoulder work Bulky, don't you love it when you get a little too ambitious for your first exercise then it robs you of your energy for the rest of the sets. I used to do that with MPs all the time. :keke:

thanks guys, the deads arent something im too happy about though, seeing as before my diet i could do 175 kg for a couple of reps. obviously i weigh alot less now and that transfers to my strenght some, but i think the deads are on the way back up atm, just been focusing on really getting my form better, drive more with my legs instead of only making it a back movement which is what i did before. also i now pause the bar alittle at the floor to generate more power, while i before just did the reps continiously which i found didnt work that good for strenght. im also focusing on going slow and controlling the weight on the way down, and then after having paused alittle at the bottom, explode up with as much power as possible.

thanks rocko, appreciate the support, hopefully ill throw up some bigger numbers soon for u guys, i started bulking again today. my carbs are back up to 300-350 g a day.

Today was chest and calves:

Decline bench press:

warm up...

incline bench press:(my numbers here are low, but i focus on squeezing and contracting the upper chest and i bring the bar down to my neck, so its alot harder) excuses excuses:keke:

chest dips:

me+32,5kgx7
me+32,5kgx7 dropset--->mexfailure(think it was 17 or 18)

flies machine: (arms high, squeezing the upper chest)

chest was so pumped it was ridicolous, actually had some veins running over the upper chest, they wont stay there for long though now that im bulking again:disgust:

calves:

standing calf raises supersetted with seated:

150kgx22 then 20 reps of seated
150kgx24(failure) then 17 reps of seated immediately following...

thats it. did 20 minutes of cardio at the end:tiphat:

good chest session Bulky man, you don't need to excuse for the incline weight, it's important to feel your chest pumped bro, and with time and carbs that weight will come :2:

^^thanks bro:tiphat: ye i know, im really focusing on form on the incline, thing is my upper chest is a weakpoint, and i cant really feel it working unless i focus entirely on squeezing it during presses. it will come up though, i assure u:)

hey man, great sesssion. glad your bulking again, get your energy back and that strength will come, give it time to get in your system. the incline weights/reps arent shabby, as long as your feeling the movement and like you said contracting the muscles at the top, it doesnt really matter.

ye, my weight is around 80 kg atm, and i know the strenght will come back as my weight shoots up again:tiphat:

im actually considering High intensity training now though, something different from the volume approach, im thinking of either dorian style, just with a set or two extra or ill do Max OT. ive read up on max ot and it sounds interesting:xyxthumbs:
