Back and abs: things went fine today, i got down a big bowl of oatmeal, drank two cups of coffee and took two scoops of NaNO vapor and got over to the gym, could notice extra focus and energy

Chins:

Barbell rows:

stretched my lats out real good, took a breath and went on to traps...

Strong sessions, and I hear you on the inclines. Whenever I go heavy on them I feel I press too much with my shoulders, so I try to concentrate and then I cant go as heavy. Afterall, its not powerlifting we do.

Decline bench press:

chest was so pumped it was ridicolous, actually had some veins running over the upper chest, they wont stay there for long though now that im bulking again:disgust:

calves:

standing calf raises supersetted with seated:

150kgx22 then 20 reps of seated

thats it. did 20 minutes of cardio at the end:tiphat:

Lance: thanks for always dropping by bud:2: ive not decided yet, but as of now im leaning very much towards a max ot routine instead of the dorian style thingy, because of one thing, and that is my lack of a solid training partner:/ get ur ass over to norway man!!!:angrydude::keke:

Yeh man im hearing you, i would do if i could lol. you'd be a top training partner :xyxthumbs:

You could still train by yourself though with the heavy duty but you'll just have to use different training techniques. but i know what you mean, it could be dangerous as well on your own if you try and go all out and beyond on your own.

exactly, i dont wanna risk any serious injury. i mean im often by myself at the gym cuz i train early before work often, and then trying to go all out on the bench press or even worse, squats without someone to spot me and/or correct me if my form goes bad, man i cant risk that. max ot is great, i get the low volume and high intesity, but going beyond failure is not required. ill decide for what to do sometime this week.

But even if you dont decide to do anything, i think it would be good if you reduced your volume abit to try and get used to it.

Ok todays session sucked balls, i had to go to the gym early as fuck, felt tired, weak, and my left shoulder was playing up on me alittle, so had to take it easy on the MP. but i got it done, and got a good pump going atleast...

Shoulders:

Seated smith machine military press:

2 warm up sets:

75kgx5 no sets to failure, couldnt risk it with my shoulder screaming in agony...

yeh man i know what your saying, im looking forward to the mass after my cut. just keep reading up on the training and maybe giv it a try down the line. im sure u love it man, just like me.
