thanks rocko, appreciate the support, hopefully ill throw up some bigger numbers soon for u guys, i started bulking again today. my carbs are back up to 300-350 g a day.
Today was chest and calves:
Decline bench press:

incline bench pressmy numbers here are low, but i focus on squeezing and contracting the upper chest and i bring the bar down to my neck, so its alot harder) excuses excuses

flies machine: (arms high, squeezing the upper chest)

chest was so pumped it was ridicolous, actually had some veins running over the upper chest, they wont stay there for long though now that im bulking again
calves:
standing calf raises supersetted with seated:
150kgx22 then 20 reps of seated
150kgx24(failure) then 17 reps of seated immediately following...
thats it. did 20 minutes of cardio at the end
Yeh man im hearing you, i would do if i could lol. you'd be a top training partner
You could still train by yourself though with the heavy duty but you'll just have to use different training techniques. but i know what you mean, it could be dangerous as well on your own if you try and go all out and beyond on your own.
Yeh you dont wanna be doing that, i still do it on my own because theres plenty of people in my gym to give me a spot (not properly though :carduindisguise)
But even if you dont decide to do anything, i think it would be good if you reduced your volume abit to try and get used to it.

anyways, right now im riding on a strenght wawe, since i just started bulking again, so to see if the low volume approach really work, i want to give it a try after the initial gains of just bulking up again runs out, so i may stick with my volume training alittle bit longer:wutyousay:
