tkD: squattenstein:keke: lulz, i dont know about that, i think i need to get those squats alot stronger before i can aquire that nickname. but those smith squats was nothing compared to the regular though. took it easy on em and focused on quad contraction.

Pghi: thanks alot bro. quadzilla:xyxthumbs: now that is a nickname i like:tiphat: about squats being my trademark, i dunno man, i dont really think my squat numbers stand in proportion to my quads to be honest. hopefully they will come this bulk though.

100kgx8 really getting the hang of these, really getting that stretch in the hams going, felt great:)

seated leg curls:

did 4 sets of calves at the end and walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes at a brisk pace. shoulders tomorrow, until then:tiphat:

some heavy ass weight on those squats. very intresting how you change your reps, i might try that, nice job killing your self in there:2:

did delts today, kind of a lousy session, didnt feel like training at all today, felt tired and weak and my legs are so sore from yesterday that just walking around is a fucking pain. but i got it done, here it is

usual warmup on treadmill and rotator cuff rotations

seated smith military press:

2 warmup sets

75kgx7 gonna do a different routine next week, think i may be doing alittle to much for shoulders, front delts were still kinda sore from monday when i did chest...

upright rows:

55kgx5 little too heavy...

standing db lateral raises:

10kgx15(dropset)

rear delt machine:

Hey man, great workout there even though you thought it was a lousy one. We all have lousy days man, just gotta keep pushing through them :2:

Them military presses were awesome, 90kg. Thats some heavy weight and 55kg upright row is because ive tried it :keke:

good session bud. smith presses are strong. but it's allways good to mix it up from time to time. so are you going to decrease the amount of sets or cut out one exercise?

ye was pretty pleased with the CG benchpress today, i need more tricep strenght, essential to get stronger on the bench so i can add more thickness to my pecs:) and yeah ure rigth about the 200 kg deadlift, ill just do it next week no matter what:xyxthumbs: thanks for checking in bro:tiphat:
