150kg ATG squats - nice dude :coolguy: I like the idea of supersetting leg extensions with bodyweight squats - might try that in near future!

Yeah, being in the army means a big breaks from weights mostly - at least in Denmark. I have a lot of friends who all work out who has been in the army, and even though they got lifting-facilities there, the energy and time for lifting isn't really there....at least that was what they told, I suspect them of just being lazy :linedrunk:

Great workout mate, Deadlift strength is really coming on and you reap the benefits with that avatar pic of yours. Heavy tricep press and skullcrushers and them pushdowns are heavy considering it's with the rope. And gee man, them barbell curls are getting heavy! Great job buddy :2:

Yesssssss.... go to the army Bulky..... step away from the deadlifts..... become weak..... yesssssss.....
*a sinister smile crosses my face and I tent my fingers like Monty Burns*

Good luck with that bro, you'll have to keep a log of your pushup maxes. My brother was doing 110+ after his stint in the Australian Reserves. We never got past 110+ because I kicked him in the ribs in disgust. I only got 82 and he was barely slowing.

Your squats and deads are looking great by the way. Maybe you should go a bit further sub-max for those deads. Say multiple sets of 2-3 reps at about 85-90%. Also try this: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1877854, the platform snatch-grip deadlift. I'm going to be giving them a go in a few weeks.

Good session dude. Deadlifts are massive, 2 reps won't be anything. The workout is solid, session success. Keep up the good work!

hahaha:49: u never fail to crack me up bro:D ye if i go ill keep track on my pushup max. think the most ive ever done myself is 80. now i havent done em in 2 years, so i probably wouldnt get more than 40-50. thanks for the tips about deadlifts, and ye, ill consider going alittle more submax, im noticing my back is kinda stiff lately. pretty pleased with the deads and squats, but my bench is lagging i think. lemme know if u have any tips to bring it up.

thanks to everyone for checking the log, i really appreciate ur support guys:xyxthumbs:

Super session there Bulky. Deadlifts are strong, and if you continue like this they will be massive.

Edit: Arent there any gyms in the army bases? :)

Smolov, do it. :xyxthumbs:

Or if you don't want to go that mental maybe hit it twice a week with some progressive loading.

eg.
1st session
6 x 5 x 75-80%

2nd session
8 x 3 x 80-85%

Adding 2.5-5kg each week. Do that for a few weeks then deload a bit by just doing 3 x 3 for a few more weeks but extra heavy and then see how you go. But I just made that program up on the spot so don't count on it being the best. In all seriousness though, try smolov. You won't regret it (you might hate it while your doing it and curse my name 4 times a week... but you won't regret it afterwards).

Huge strength increases since I last visited your log Bulk, great deads to, 440lbs aint no joke. Word of warning though, always watch your form when your deadlifting from the floor, Pickle messed his back up a few years ago deadlifting 200kg from the floor.
