Flat barbell bench press:
2 warmup sets

60kgx8
80kgx6
90kgx6
100kgx4
115kgx2 felt real good, pretty sure i could have gotten one more, but i didnt wanna hit failure today
90kgx9 (this set was done about 45 seconds after the previous, didnt hit failure here either, but i would have on the 10th rep)

incline smith machine press: 30 degrees

65kgx8
85kgx7
95kgx4
105kgx2

dips: (full ROM, all the way down and all the way up to lockout)

mex10
me+20kgx9
me+45kgx3

incline dumbell press: 75 degrees

30kgx12
30kgx9 30 sec rest between set 1 and 2

did calves at the end, 6 sets of standing and seated calf raises.

Wicked dips, and the bench is not too shabby either. Wish I had an adjustable incline bench. The one im using is way too high, above 45 I reckon. Crap for chest development.

i has trained... not been able to post it up

here is yesterdays leg workout and todays shoulder and tri workout. i wont get to train on friday so i had to change the split around this week. after tomorrow ill take 10 straight days off, so wont be updating at all then. and then im gonna start max ot:)

great squats, hacks and extensions for teh leg day Bulky, and the delts and triceps are solid and well done too, 10 days of rest should be fine bro, you need some rest, or at least your body :p

Leg workout looks awesome buddy :D heavy squats there followed by heavy hacks and extenstions. Then you ended it with super heavy SLDL. Good job man :2:

Todays session was brutal bro, 80kg standing military presses is sick man :ughnoes: Laterals are super heavy as well, i'm nowhere near that!

50kg skullcrushers are awesome bud, where do you lower the bar to, to your forehead or beyond?

Good effort on both those sessions, as to be expected by a true viking warrior.
Side laterals stick out, incredible weight on those. Good shit!
