Wicked dips, and the bench is not too shabby either. Wish I had an adjustable incline bench. The one im using is way too high, above 45 I reckon. Crap for chest development.
here is yesterdays leg workout and todays shoulder and tri workout. i wont get to train on friday so i had to change the split around this week. after tomorrow ill take 10 straight days off, so wont be updating at all then. and then im gonna start max ot
moved on to tris, noticed i didnt have as much power in em as usual after wrapping up delts. decided to skip the close grip bench, because my anterior delts were beat to hell, and my chest was still sore from monday...
