Ok just done some push ups today, I went between normal hand width and wide hand width for 10 x 10. Can't be bothered to do anything else lol, and hopefully my gyms open tomorrow :xyxthumbs:

I'll leave those to Rocky, and when I go away on hols lol.

Ok just back from abs and cardio, They took so long to renovate the gym, and they barely done anything to it. All they've done is knock a wall out and paint everything :xmascrunk: But anyway, here's what I done.

Abs
Crunches on ball - 3 x 25

These killed my abs :)

Cardio
15 mins bike
15 mins eliptical (level 10)
10 mins treadmill (First 5 level 8 run 0% incline, second 5 level 6 walk 5% incline)

Felt good to get back in there, she was a hot one and cardio was sweaty, but I loved it :xmaskekegay: Weights tomorrow, yeah buddy :2:

Na, I don't usually pay attention to that kind of stuff because the machines are usually wrong :xmascrunk:

good job on the cardio mate quite a few calories burned I would of thought, but after spending all that money on the boxing setup why dont you use that????

I do use it, but it does get a bit boring so I don't use it all the time.

I hear that. But I imagine they all go by about the same calculations, so we could take them relative to each other.

Really slow reps that burnt the fuck out of my calves, and my ass to suprisingly :spy:

That was it, really good session I was pumped about it lol. Done in about 80 mins all up, which is a bit over time so I'll have to work on that come friday. Abs and cardio tomorrow :xyxthumbs:

Thanks for the comments guys. Done last cardio session before I go away on sat (thursday now), here it is.

Abs
Super set
Decline bench sit ups & hanging knee raises - 3 x 10
V-ups - 3 x 10

Didn't want to overdo my abs, they where still a bit sore from tuesday.

Cardio
30 mins treadmill (First 10 level 6.5 walk, second 10 level 8.5 run, third 10 same as first 10 all done with 0% incline)
10 mins bike

Wew done, built up a sweat today boy. On some more good news, there getting new gym equipment and I might be able to get my hands on some of the old stuff like the T-bar row and the cables and the dip stand and such. Which would be good. Until tomorrow gents :xyxthumbs:

Good cardio session dude. Good luck in getting equipment, they will want top $$, plus others that crawl up thier asses will get first dibs.

lol at Tweak. Bout to go my last session for 2 weeks in about a half hour. Slept in way to long today lol so I only have 1 meal in me but I'll see how it goes.
