Very rushed session today, fuckin public holidays, couldn't do everything I wanted.

Quads
Box Squats (lbs)

Kept the weight the same because I hardly had any rest between any sets I did today, I mean the max I would take would be 30 secs because I was so rushed so the weight wasn't huge.

Smith Machine Lunges (lbs)

84 x 20

Done one leg at a time, wanted 3 sets but time didn't permit.

Arms
Super Set
Barbell Skullcrushers (lbs) EZbar Barbell Curl (lbs)
60 x 10.........................60 x 10
50 x 10.........................50 x 10

Couldn't do my regular sets of 10,8,6,10 because of time, tried for 3 x 10 but didn't even get that in, also didn't get to do a super set of preachers and crossfaces, but oh well. I only had 20 minutes to do that in, so it wasn't that bad, I got a decent leg pump and a mild arm one, but there still a bit sore from monday's chest and back session. Until monday gents.

Great weight on the box squats and smith lunges for such a rushed workout!

To you and CJU, both cut it out, my advice would be to just stay out of each other's logs. CJU, there's a difference between high-jacking someone's log slightly though and being a complete ass to someone.
