I forgot to post this yesterday.
Abs
Ball crunches - 4 x 25
Cardio
20 mins bike
10 mins eliptical (level 16 max setting)
10 mins treadmill (level 6 walk)
Calfs
Seated calf raises (lbs)
170 x 15 x 4
Add some more weight to that next time.
Ok quads and arms soon, stay tuned bitches.
