Big up on the PB for squats and the weight you used on lunges. I'm also liking your setup of the log more and more. Oh, and the massage parlor in my town is notorious for giving out happy endings...at least that's word on the street :spy:

lunges and squats are both strong, ez bar skulls could be better :no:

one armed preacher curls are good stuff, one of my favorite bicep exercises actually even though I haven't been able to do them for 10 months :no: damn wrist :no:

no happing ending today huh? well, time to call that 80 year old chinese fella thats excellent with happy endings :spy:

Tweak - I like to keep my bi's and tri's on the same strength, and increase both rather then just one, and I'll probably up the weight on the sucker next time. I like the DB preachers to, good contraction and pump.

CJ - thanks man, yeah my traps have grown really fast since doing heavy weight and high reps.

Ok tis the weekend, so I'm just kickin back, got some free movies (used my mojo on the chick in the video shop :spy:) and play some poker. Have a good weekend everyone :xyxthumbs:

thats probably one of the dumbest things I've ever heard :no:


triceps should ALWAYS be stronger, and they will get stronger much faster then biceps so there is no excuse for not pushing your tris harder :no: Your arms are not equal anyway, triceps are 2/3, increase the weight next time :disgust:

Tweak - See your kind of wrong, with that DB crossface I couldn't of done any heavier weight with it, but I probably could of done a 25 for the DB preacher if I wasn't so fucked by the end of the session. But I do see your point.

Now get back to bed :no:

Some nub was using the cable machine :no: These hurt my shoulders a bit, but I think it's because I havent used this machine in a long ass time, good pump though.

130 x 0 :tear: re-attempt 1 (PB :hsughr: ) only got it 3/4 of the way up on the first attempt, so I rested a bit and thought "If Line can do these for 10, I'm atleast doing a fucking rep!!"

Have to remember to do left arm first because its weaker, the left side reps on the the heavier weight where slopper then the right.

Straight Arm Pulldowns (lbs, using cable machine)

80 x 20 (sloppy reps on the last few)

Ok that's it, pretty happy with how it went, done in 70 mins which is good cause the times going back down. Until next time gents.

15 mins treadmill (Incline level first 10 5%, second 10 10%, third 10 15% (max) all done at level 6.5 fast walk)
15 mins bike

Dropped back from 40 mins to 30, I am bulking after all.

Abs
Tri Set
Decline bench sit ups - 4 x 10
Hanging knee raises - 4 x 10
Standing twists - 4 x 20 (10 each side)

Calfs
Smith machine calf raises (lbs)
308 x 15
308 x 15
396 x 15
396 x 15 (Cheat last 5 or so)

Thought it'd start getting heavier, but it didn't so I went up on the third set.

That's it baby, tomorrow is shoulders/hams. Until then gents.
