Had the bench right down for a bigger ROM, which is why the weights are lighter then usual. Won't be doing it again though, kind of hurt my knee :tear:

Swingin on the last 5 or so reps on the BB curl sets, forearms started tightening up and burning.

Lovin the super sets, pumps my arms up crazy. Done in about 70 mins. On a bitching note, gym's getting worse, Owner had a go at me because he thinks I'm arrogant and have an attitude problem and treat everyone in the gym like shit. I said to him "Well if everyone thinks that, I'll just stay out of everyone's way to save any hassle, I only come here to train."

Him - "Don't use that fucking attitude with me!!"

Me - "WHAT FUCKING ATTITUDE!!"

Him - "You don't even know your doin it mate, that's the sad thing."

Me - "(Seriously thought about leaping over the counter and smacking whats left of his hair off his balding ass head) Ok mate, fine" Then I walked out.

I was fucking fuming after it, and still am. I know his just working up to ban me, which would mean a 20 or 30 minute trip to train everyday. The only way I see out of it if I go in at like 1 in the afternoon when none of them would be in there, and just try not to talk to anyone. Fucking clowns :no:

looking thicker for sure, your body fat is also definetely up there but that should be taken care of next time you diet

Thanks Tweaker, yeah the high bodyfat comes with the bulk I guess lol but like you said I should loose it when I cut.

great lunges there chesty, great leg press as well, nice supersets between the arms as well although the triceps could have used a compound :no: :tear:

calm down with the owner, just ignore him, he cant say anything if you just ignore him.

Lol don't worry man , so did I. They suck as trainers to. They won't put people on new programs or fix people's form. You'll see people in my gym doing huge weights with horrible form and they'll be standing there spotting them! They'll take forever to give you a spot. PUMBA's told me his had to wait 10 MINUTES for a spot before because the trainer was tallking to people doing cardio :no:

I think the spotter might of been doing to much on the lowering part of the movement, as in I don't think he was letting me take the weight enough if you know what I mean. I was still impressed though.

Haven't done barbell in awhile, wasn't to bad.

Your form sounds excellent Chesti, and good call on the Straight Pulldowns. I stumbled onto those awhile ago, and I love the overall feel they give. Chins look quite good as well; that's still a weak area for me:eek5nono:

Thanks Eric, I think once you get the form down pat on the SA's its good stuff. All chins need is practice man, I could barely do 1 or 2 before.
