chin ups are lookin damn good. i can understand your frustration though coz you want to put up what you used to be doing. good job on the incline BB pressing w/ the pbs.

I'm sorry to have fallen out of the loop here for a bit Chesti:no: Excellent job on those PB's for chest; hitting an entire set range of those in one workout is extremely impressive, as that's about the personification of 'hungry.' Supersets looked excellent, and way to listen to your body on quads. Sometimes we just can't do what we'd like to do; listening sure beats an injury anyday. Keep it up Chesti:xyxthumbs:

20 mins eliptical (First 5 level 16 (MAX), second 5 level 8, third 5 level 16 (MAX), fourth 5 level 8)

That eliptical was hard shit boy, blew me up.

Abs
Tri set
Double crunch & side crunches on ab roller - 3 x 15

Calfs
Seated Calf Raises (lbs)
120 x 15 x 4

Nice and slow on those calfs, works alot better IMO. Good session all up today, shoulders/traps/hams tomorrow. Weighed myself today, up from 225.5lbs (102.5kgs) to 232.1lbs (105.5kgs), yeah buddy. Until next time gents :xyxthumbs:

I don't like to vary the incline on those very much anyway. Depends on the mood, but there's usually no need.

More PB's! Everyone's catching up with me on DB Shoulder Presses (sorta) so it looks like I'm going to have to push myself to keep you guys from passing me. The drop sets are impressive as well, as are the shrugs but you should definitely lighten up and use better form.

congrats on the 80's thats some good weight and also to the shrugs. I know how you feel with the spotter mine sux as well, but he just doesn't pay any attention lol
