Pissed about this, had zero energy left though. Took it out on the pulldowns, which I done instead of chins today for a change.

Not alot of weight there, slowed the reps down instead, on pec deck squeezed my chest together and paused, hard stuff. Chest is definately my weakest bodypart, but the numbers are slowly getting up there. Workin on a new split now for next week where I train it twice a week to bring it up to par. Ok not to bad of a session today, wrapped it up in about 60 - 65 mins, Until next time gents :xyxthumbs:

2. "Chuckle" (ing) - is bad because 1. it has the name Chuck in it and anyone mentioning the name Chuck without a permit will die, and 2. "Chuckling" - makes me think you really are a Chopper Reed so called "Homa - sexual".

PB's on both Flat Bench and DB Rows?! Nice...two big PB's on two huge exercises. Don't sweat the Incline Smith Presses, you should have been more than burnt out after the energy you spent on the prior exercises.

Those forearms are looking thick Chesti:xyxthumbs: That's been one of the things I've had to work the hardest to bring up, and I know I still have a long way to go on them. Keep it up.

Couldn't get the dam 100's up. The 80's are nice and easy to pick up, very compact. But after that the DB's are hard to pick up because there's 1000 plates on each end :no:

Should of done a 45 or something else beside the 50's, oh well.

By the way, am I the only one who pronounces your name Chest-i-klees? Kinda like Hercules? A friend of mine looked over my shoulder and went, ha, Chest-i-kuls...like testicles. Obviously I got that you're going for the chest-genetalia combo before but I never pronounce it that way :49:
