It's good that you realize the small mistakes you made during the workout, like doing 50's for lateral raises when you should have stuck with 45's. A lot of people would just shrug it off and let it fuel their ego so it's fresh to see someone acknowledge their shortcomings. The DB Pressing looks really good and you'll get to the 100's soon enough. I might recommend waiting until you can get a full set with the 90's though so you can do the 100's for a full working set when the time comes.

Ok here's my workout from today.

Cardio
15 mins eliptical (Level 10)
10 mins treadmill (Alternate 1 min walk level 6 and 1 min sprint level 10)
5 mins bike

Abs
Super Set
Crunches on ab roller and leg raises - 4 x 10

Calves
Seated Calf Raises (lbs)
150 x 15 x 4

All done, I was drenched in sweat after that cardio. Quads and arms tomorrow, then new split on monday. Until next time gents :xyxthumbs:

My god my legs were fucked after that. Tried to do lunges but my legs would just give way when I'd try to go down. So I just done some Leg extensions instead.

Weights shit I know, didn't need much weight utilised very strict form, brought the bar down very slow, held it and brought it back up. Worked great I must say.

Here's my big dumb lug question for the day though; what are dumbell crossfaces? Lying dumbell presses done to the opposite shoulder?

Tris are good despite the 'shit' weight; I like doing lighter weight on tris and keeping the form real strict too, except for things like dips and close grip bench.

Awesome preachers! High rep standing curls musta burned after that :runinafire:

Eric - thanks buddy :2: As for the crossfaces, you've pretty much got it right, you do one arm at a time, keeping your elbow in place and lowering the weight to your opposite shoulder, hence the term "crossface" lol.

Hypo - Thanks, I guess lol.

Glex - Thanks big guy, yeah they burnt them out, forearms where on fire aswell.

Ok here's the split I'm thinking of, high volume 1 or 2 exercises per bodypart. Let me know what you think. Chest is done twice a week, I think it needs to be brought up to par.

back,bis,tris - monday
chest,shoulders - tuesday
hams,quads,calves - thursday
chest - saturday

Only concern is doing arms at the start of the week would mess up my chest session on tuesday a bit. Let me know what you guys think :xyxthumbs:
