Oh thanks for that, but I actually done it cause your brother wanted it filled, cause it was actually going to a guy up the road, but Steph said your brother wanted fill for the dam. But thanks I get what you are saying I guess except I helped you guys, not you helped me, plus it cost me more as I had to fork out +$300 to fill it in with the bobcat, the other guy owned his own tractor so that would have been cheaper.:xyxthumbs: Anything else you need clearing up:e5dunno:

my bulks an excuse to cut the cardio back to less than that lol, good session mate juding by the other thread its so hot over there you get cut just standing in the sun

Wow those are so much harder standing! I barely got the first set of 10, didn't think there'd be that much a difference.

Left arm first this time, was cheating towards the end of the last 2 sets.

Finished up in about an hour, shoulders had a good pump today. On a side note, the trainer in there tried to have a go at me AGAIN. I sat the 50's on a bench in between sets when I was doing shoulder presses, and he comes over and says "Take those DB's off the bench, you put a rip in it." I'm like WTF the rip has been there for ages and I clearly didn't do it. So I said that to him and he says "No you did it, take them off." So I grabbed them and threw them into the floor and said "There, problem solved." and walked off. What a fuckin clown. His had a grudge against me ever since I accidently took the gym straps home with me :no:

standing presses are pretty good, I avoid them due to lower back strain though :tear:

That little poser sounds like a real pain. Good on ya for not 'accidentally' dropping a dumbell on that tool's toe Chesti.

Standing dumbell presses are brutal. I echo Tweak in saying that they tend to irritate my lower back, so I never really have rolled with them. Also, an excellent call on listening to your body and checking your form on those SLDL; that's a dangerous lift to have bad technique on. Keep rolling strong, Chesti:D

@Chesticles i know aht you mean about those trainers, those fucker take a few classes and all of a sudden they think they are Charles Glass. I remember trainer came up to me trying to tell me how to lift, I told him "Dude I'm way bigger than you and competed in bb show what have you done"

Eric - I tried to keep my back as straight as possible on the DB's, maybe thats why I couldn't push alot of weight because on the seated I like to be on a slight angle.

Natch - Yeah I know man, the ass thinks he just maintains his physique and that he could bulk and cut up anytime he wants :no:

Anway, Cardio/abs/calfs today.

10 mins bike
10 mins eliptical (Level 16 MAX setting)
10 mins treadmill (Level 6.5)

Abs
Ball crunches - 4 x 25

Calfs
Seated Calf Raises (lbs)
200 x 20 x 3

On the last set the ball of my left ankle was hurting for some reason :e5dunno:
