Weights stayed the same on deads, which is good. I let the weight touch the ground now (I don't bounce it) instead of letting it sit a few cms above the ground.

Abs
Super Set
Incline bench sit ups & Incline bench leg raises - 4 x 10

very tough, on the leg raises I don't just bring my knees into my stomach I roll them so my knees nearly hit my face.

Cardio
30 mins treadmill (All done at speed 6.5 (fast walk). First 10 mins incline level 0%, second 10 mins incline level 5%, third 10 mins incline level 10%. Max is 15%)
10 mins bike

Calfs
Leg Press Calf Raises (lbs)
330 x 20 x 3

Thats it, good today, very hot somewhere around 36 degrees celcius. On a funny note, I was the only one in the cardio room and when I was on the bike doing my last 10 a guy comes in and sits on the bike next to me, when theres a whole ROW of bikes to choose from. Maybe he was coming onto me :hay:

Thanks everyone.

Banshee - I'm 18, bout 6'1 ( I think I'm taller though) round 100 - 102 kg mark (could of lost a bit when I was away on hols) and currently trying to bulk to around 120.

Going in for shoulders/hams/traps soon, lower back is a bit sore on the left side :(

Well, unlike Line I won't comment on your stupendous session with multiple PBs and kicking ass of some iron. Or maybe I will. Or just did. Hmm.

But I will (also) comment on the cardio. I'm glad to see you doing 40 minutes. Long days are so important; a lot of people want to just do 20 minutes and quit.

That guy on the bike was definitely coming on to you :gaygay:

Well, you're officially stronger than me in one exercise: side lateral raises! :D

Great job on those, and the entire session. The shrugs look huge too and, regardless of how unhappy you are with the 80's, doing them for reps is still big-time shit.
