Ok I'm back, I hate my gym for closing at midday on a saturday :no: so it was a rushed workout today.

Had to settle for just 2 sets because I wanted to get some cardio in and had only 10 mins to do it.

Cardio
10 mins treadmill (Alternate 1 minute sprint level 11.0 and 1 minute walk level 6.0)

Dam that cardio was hard, good stuff for only 10 mins.

Well that's that. Wrapped it up in 35 mins excluding the cardio. Free patties day beers in a few hours :food-snacking: :ughnoes: Until monday boys :xyxthumbs:

Although you say your session was rushed, it looks pretty good to me, obviously put in alot of work as you hit a couple of PB's, well done on that m8 :xyxthumbs: . The standout point for me was the 30x30 Cable crossovers, must have burnt like a bitch! Kepp up the good work fella.

Nice job on the 90 lbs PB!

What do I keep telling you people about less than 20 minutes of cardio??? :no: I would have just done another set.

I will say this; at least you did interval training, which is a very effective form of cardio if you don't have a long time to do it.

Thanks everyone, and GLexx, hence the reason I did it, because I had no time :no: Got some bad news yesterday, seems my knee will never get any better, it never fully healed from being injured and there's alot fo scar tissue on it. The miniscus (sp?) also comes out to far when my knee bends, hence the click I get in it. So I'll just have to continue to put up with the pain when I do quads.
