Looks like about as good of a session as you could of had in that time mate, so good job on that :xyxthumbs: Seens as you dominated 180 x 5, i would definately put a bet on you crushing the 200 next time man (maybe with less warm ups though :e5dunno: ), hope i see that you lifted it next time you do flat machine press bud :xyxthumbs: Also, 734 cals in 15 mins, thats great going there, must have been sweating like a bitch! I really recommend these, gives you a great pump to finish the bi's off.

Wrapped it up in about 80 mins. Only a short story time today boys, but still funny. When I walked in this rake walks up to me (I think he might be a bit slow, or just stupid I'm not sure) and he says to me "I hope you didn't want to do legs today, because the leg machine is broken." I go, "Na I done them yesterday. Are you talking about the leg press?" he says, "I'll show you."

He takes me over to a long pulley row :disgust:

Just my bitch session today fellas. Abs and cardio :hay:

Abs
Swiss Ball Crunches - 4 x 25

Cardio
5 mins treadmill (level 6, just to stretch out my legs)
20 mins recumbant bike (Hill interval level 6)
5 mins treadmill (level 6)

That's it. My legs are still pretty sore from monday, so the stretch out on the tready helped a bit, aswell as the stretch I did beforehand. Weighed myself to, up from 231 to 240 lbs :xyxthumbs:

Colossal work on the quads mate, wheels of fire for sure. Great numbers. Get your form sorted and dead lift heavier next time. Sort it! I want to see 220+.


Awesome drop setting and massive congrats on those P.B's matey (like the smilie!!).

Nothing bitchy about the cardio and abs mate. If you put the effort in, which you clearly have, it can be shitting hard work. I find it helps me squat and dead lift. Fills the lungs with lovely oxygen!! Congrats on the weight gain too bud.

LOL at the stories you tell. There's always someone huh!

Thanks Evo :xyxthumbs: I will get my deadlift numbers up and fix the form to don't your worry. I'm looking into DC training currently for when this split ends, it interests me somewhat. Bout to go and hit up back/tris. Nice and overcast today to, perfect time for a workout :)

Not slacking on the Tri's either, cracking work from the top down.

Supreme effort on the cardio as well, that is some real lung-bursting shit there mate. You're still as mad as cheese!!
