How do you get to the gym with only 15 minutes until it closes? Are you that busy that you cant give yourself atleast an hour to work out? Whatever you do during the day, I sure as hell wouldnt want to do it. :no:

lol I get there so late boys because I tend to sleepin on a saturday and the gym is only open from 8am to 12, and I got there at 11:45am :49:

About Glenn leaving the gym, he told me personally that he had gotten a job that paid $1,000 clear a week, so he was leaving.

Ok I'm back, really didn't feel like going to the gym today (which is unusual) but once I got there it was a pretty good session.

Story time:
Got 3 for yas today. When I walked in there was this guy on the smith machine doing bench press, which was kind of a pain in the ass considering the squat rack is right infront of it, and it's a bit tight if you need a spot. When I'd finished my calf raises, the same guy was STILL on the smith machine doing bench press.

I saw this guy walk over to the pulldown machine, and the only fitting word here is terrible, does THE most ridiculous pulldowns I've ever seen. He was leaning so far back, he was nearly horizontal, and that isn't an exageration.

The last one has the same douche in it who told me that protein powder is bad for me. When I was doing cardio he started his workout, and wore his sunglasses the entire time. I don't mean sitting on top of his head, but I'm a wannabe terminator style the entire time he worked out. :49:

Nice session chesti.
Some guys in the gym dont get it. When its almost 30 degree celcius out here its like 35 in the gym (or even warmer). Theres a guy who trains with a head warmer(dunno the correct name in englisch) all the time. The guy is sweating like a mad man but doesnt take his head warmer off. Completely nuts.

I've seen guys like that before. They are either too cool :runinafire:, or left their other perscription lenses at home.

I like the alternate arm shoulder presses! But do you brace yourself so that you don't "twist" too much in your spine?
