sometimes its hard to just set a start weight but at least youll know for next week, side lats are good huge volume

lol at the machine curls it is strange how some feel way heavier than others. Good press and its ok that the 80's are gone just keep moving up

30 mins recumbant bike

Made my legs feel better, my calve muscles where really cramped this morning but the 20 or so min stretch beforehand and the bike eased the pain. Back tris tomorrow :xyxthumbs:

Story time. I saw this guy set up to do cable crossovers while I was on the bike. He done them standing completely upright, not even leaning forward in the slightest, god where are the trainers when you need them. Oh that's right, they suck anyway. I'm going to start bringing my camera in again :49:

Delayed pump with those kickbacks, wasn't happy with them at first but once the pump kicked in it was ok.

Average back workout, but I can afford one average one I suppose, tris where ok. Wrapped up in 45 mins. Maybe some cardio tomorrow and then chest saturday, then a week off :xyxthumbs:

When my form starts sucking on these sometimes I switch from overhand to underhand or vice-versa. It seems to help me for some reason :e5dunno:

Yuck at them replacing the dip station with a machine :disgust:

Ok I went down tonight to get my membership put on hold for a week, and I got told that the owner :)no:) doesn't do it anymore for some reason :confused: So I guess that I'm going to be wasting a week of it for nothing :tear:

i was a member of the spectrum gym here since 04
and the original gym i was at closed so they gave us a discount to their
"bigger" gyms, but before that the manager at the first spectrum i went to
paid 100$ for a personal training session, now the managers at this MORE preppier gym are assholes and cockbites,
