Ok went to go for my last day at the shitty gym, walked up to the door and went to open it and it was shut! I was unbeliveably pissed off, considering I'll have to wait until wednesday (it's friday as of this writing) to work out again because of xmas and boxing day. So when I got home I just done a tri set of close handed, medium handed and wide handed pushups and also done some dips, and ran through that 3 times. and I'll probably do that on monday aswell. It gave me a pretty good chest pump suprisingly, but I would of rather done my full body workout
