I really slowed the DB's down becuz I wasn't feeling it as well on my right pec! So I just kept the reps slow and squeezed at the Top. Trust me haha i didn't want to forget it, Joey has been telling me it's time to start filming!

haha i wish!!!!!!! I am really not sure but what i do know is that last year I was around 235 at 17%........I would hope, really hope haha that I would be around that same percent at this point (which would mean some BEAST GAINS!)

haha whats up Bulk!! Haven't talked to u in forever brother. I might just start throwing sum of my training sessions here if I don't get the lazy posting bug....I always seem to get it haha. Unless pain or one of the handsome Mods think I shuld throw it under the training logs. :bitenails: :drool:

Quads Quads QUADSSS!

Had a pretty good workout today. Idk if I said anything but I've been struggling with a calve injury ever since I finished my deload training phase. I haven't been able to squat above 315lbs for several weeks......I also did not squat during my deload phase, just stuck to machines etc......So I was extremly happy with how back squats went tonight!

BB SQUATS Parallel:
365 x 11
405 x 9
425 x 7 (vid belowwww)

Leg press (machine with close stance)
360 x 14
360 x around 12
360 x around 10

Squat machine (close stance below parallel reps)
6 plts total x 10
6 plts total x 8 (died out!)

Walking lunges
70lbs across gym and on the way back just bodyweight.
(Had some issues with lunges, my left foot kept sliding a bit which made me extremly nervous so I had to slow my reps down and then finished with just bodyweight.)

2 sets of leg extensions 130lbs high reps
(By this point my quads are completely crushed as you can see from the heavy leg extensions haha.)

Pre-workout: scoop of nitrotech and 1 cup of oats about 1 hr b4 start of training.
Also took my Myoshock which helped with my intensity.

Not too bad for not squatting for 5 weeks and then having to stay around 315 for a few weeks! :turborun:
