How about this supplement called Cardio Breeze? I'm a bit skeptical about a supplement that will actually help you perform your cardio better. Yet if it does work this could help me with me football as long as its not banned.

Simple energy formula. Will it help? Maybe through pure energy production. However, maybe no more than an energy drink.

i got this creatine formula and wanted to know how you think i should take it.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cn/creatine.html
it came with L-Glut and Taurine.

i havent taken creatine in about 1 yr or so and want to start. should i take it post workout or before or maybe both times? what about on non training days??

Post workout.... thats a lot of creatine per serving. If you are going to take it twice, pre and post workout, split the dose in half to start out

sorry if you have already answered this I have skimmed through the thread but may have accidently missed something, im thinking about getting a good multi-vitamin could you suggest a good one?? thanks for your help you seem to know what your talking about and I dont want to waste money on something thats not worth it

Animal Pak is the best by far....if you are gonna take a mulit, take a multiple pill multi...not a single pill..

Animal pak is good, costco has a kirkland signature sport multi as well that is fairly good and really cheap

i dont get how its too much?
since 2 scoops give 12g creat mono. yes in terms of scoops its alot but only 12g crea mono is in that since its a formulated one.
i thought one would have to take between 10-15g creatine mono to be effective?

Basically what I am trying to say is don't take 2 servings a day.... 24 grams is a waste....too much in a 24 hour period IMO

@FLEX do you think any of those fat burners work?
They work, just not well. I feel your better off buying caffeine, ALCAR, chromium picolinate, and maybe one or two other products seperate.

Agreed...

I think fat burners are miss-placed...they would sell better and be more true-to-from if they were marketed as appetite suppressants energy replacements..

Yea, there is always a point. Additional omega fats during a bulk season will only help you in terms or regulating bad fats and cholestorol levels.... i mean....take them within reason...but yea...its good sutff

i am all out of supplements and i could use your opinion in these products because i am a little bit confused from the variety of supplements...

http://bodybuilding.com/store/ergo/gf.htmlfor
quality protein.
http://bodybuilding.com/store/ergo/cell.html
i picked that one because previews in this thread you said that the best form of creatine is in pills.
For a carb\energy plus some quality calories i am thinking on this one http://bodybuilding.com/store/opt/gainer.html
to increase my protein intake in each meal
http://bodybuilding.com/store/opt/amino.html

those things are quite expensive but thats not a problem because i saved some money for that purpose.i may be asking for to much but i would appreciate it if you take the time to share your opinion.

thanks in advance

All other creatine loading drinks...all are pretty much equal...when buying, look to see what % is sugar... you may be paying for a mixture that is 85% sugar

All pretty solid products. That protein has the highest protein concentrate in a product i have ever seen. But i wouldn't go this high route for your supps man I think that all most all products are created equally and you should just budget yourself and buy something "more lowgrade" which isn't really that at all. But if you insist in buying these, your making good solid choices

Man...you know i was always under the impression that D-amino acids are more natural in chemical make up, but can't be chained to form proteins....??? I'd would stick with L- aminos....ain't broke...don't fix it
