Iron: Thanks, they've been coming along; I've got more in both but I'm just getting back into this from our spring break.

Fallen: Haha, I'd rather have them mangled and able to hold onto a bar for more than 20 seconds. My girlfriend would agree, though; I scratched her this past weekend with one of my calluses :ughnoes:

Aftermath:
Strength came back pretty quick. Still not 100%, but much closer to it than I was Monday. The BB shrugs felt pretty good today. It's the first time I've done 365 with pretty good form, and my traps are feeling it :xyxthumbs:

Good session though, shrugs were great, and benching is looking good to. A 300 bench is coming!!
