Those preacher drops are a definite example of brutality:ughnoes: Excellent work on allegedly hitting a PB on reps with that flat DB press as well. So how much hilarity was Line screaming as the catcher to have someone crank him in the ankle with a bat?

Today was a day off, but tomorrow insanity ensues. By the by, I'll be out doing a military exercise with ROTC Friday-Saturday, which should be sweet. I'll post up the big secret about it right before I leave around 3, because it's fucking sweeeeeet :hsughr: :spy:

Well, I was going to go to class, but I did this instead :49::

Running: 40 minutes
Medium/medium-hard pace, followed up with a few striders and a sprint

Lifting later. I weighed myself at 214 pounds even after the run, so we'll see what that actually is after I've rehydrated and got some food in me before the session.

For not feeling too hot that was still a superb session. Massive Bench there and those dips weren't too shabby - especially for the end of a session.

I decided to go for it on bench today because I got a lot of sleep after our ROTC exercise...4 hour nap on Saturday, 10 hours of sleep, and another 2 hour nap today...lol. Happy about getting 300 lbs, finally. I asked a friend of mine to spot me, and I really didn't like how he did it. I may have gotten the 305 but I feel like I was inclined to come forward towards my chin because of how he followed the bar with his hands. Oh well, I'll take the PB for the day :xyxthumbs: I might go for a run in a little bit; nothing hard, maybe just 25 minutes pretty easy. Line and I should hit up legs and back tomorrow, provided he's not golfing :disgust:

Oh yeah, and I weighed myself pre-workout: 214 lbs. Comin' down steady, now :xyxthumbs:

Running: 25 minutes
Took it pretty easy, except for the hills which I took out relatively hard.

Alright, I've been babying myself too much on the running lately, so:

Running: 32.5 minutes
Hard pace. Slowed down a bit about halfway through, which is expected, but kept the intensity up.

Line and I should be hitting up back and biceps tomorrow, maybe some legs depending on how his leg is feeling.

Right now I'm going to find out if WalMart is releasing the new Rush album at midnight :hsughr: :hsughr: :hsughr:
