FF: I mostly do different types of crunches. I mix it up with some weighted stuff, occasionally I'll do some knee raises or leg raises hanging from a bar (like last session). One thing I like to do is use a wooden bar behind my head and I hold it 'Jesus style' to do my crunches. It seems to stretch everything out and make it harder. If I have a good spot to do 'em I like decline situps. Let's see...bicycles...oh, if I have a partner I do throwdowns. Those make my abs very sore. Anyway, to finish my long answer to your short question, my bare bones abs session if I just want to get in and out is 100 or so straight-leg crunches, 50 or so side crunches on each side, and 100 crunches while lifting my pelvis up. I change and/or add to that as I see fit. Helps for maintenance, but we'll see if I need more once I get leaner (which I probably will).

Fallen: The stairmaster was pretty good, but it wore me out for the first few movements I did. I gotta start splitting up my training better.

Alrighty, today I did some running. The track I run on when it's cold is kind of rectangular, and on the short sides of the track there are windows at each end. When it's dark you can see behind you in the window. Anyway, I saw some kid (who I outweighed by at least 70 pounds) trying to pace off me from behind...so I schooled him :xyxthumbs: Fat kids can run, skinny muthafucka.

Running: 35 minutes total
18:30 hard (was keeping that kid off my back :49:)
After that it was medium pace until the 35 minute mark.

I also did six 50 yard striders after that, stretched, and then did some...

Abs

Hopefully Line and I hit up legs day tomorrow afternoon, stay tuned :hsughr:

Some great sessions in here Glex. Really solid, and intense too getting all the work in that you do, and still keeping up with the cardio! Props to you buddy.

Quick update - I'm back to waying 219 after my Easter binging, so the diet is again on track :xyxthumbs: Also, Sara will be up here from today until Sunday :hsughr:, and I've got things to do to prepare for our Military Ball on Satuday, so I wouldn't expect a lot of weightlifting sessions until Sunday.

Try some band presses and extension for your elbows as a warmup and warm down. I use a bike innner tube and do about 30 reps in an extension. Most gyms have some lame arse bands that the fitball/yoga crowd use. Also handy for activation work.
