Nicely done, Fallen. Big weight on all the back movements and pulling 405 for 5 reps is pretty sick. Pulldowns are solid as well. As for the concentration curls, yes, you should've known not to start that low! LOL

it is simular to this machine you are seated with handles to either side of you on a cables system with 20lb plates, the whole stack is 400lb. It is like a dip motion but you are seated.

Those Tri extensions are frickin heavy too mate.

Damn that Tricep Press sounds awesome, wish our gym was beyond the "PUMPING IRON" era, most of our equipment is pre 1983.:tear:

Good Cardio as well, your a machine.
