On that note bout keeping it going yesterday sucked I started my workout feeling good but by the time i hit deads i started feeling cold and real clammy. So instead of pushing it and making myself feel worst i called it a night and will make up the rest of my workout Friday.

Damn bro, hope your not coming down with something. I had that happen when I went a full week with real bad sleep. rest up if it happens again, get to a doctor, thoughts are with you bro, get well soon.

Well Saturday at class I got my ass kicked for 8hrs. We set up and took down ladders all day. As well as run up and down them, through windows, roofs, and railing. This brought to light my one major flaw, that as string as I may be my cardio is not on the same level. So this morning I went to the gym and did this quick lift session and cardio.

Bench Press

Cable Tricep Extensions
150lb x 12

Cardio
Bike - 30mins
Stair master with 70lb vest for 15min at 60 steps per min

Yeah I'm in the fire acedemy now. I started in Aug. after my EMT class finished up
