yeah the stairclimb blew but the rescue bout did me in my forearm was cramoing so bad it wasn't even funny.

As for the record this current FF got it this year with a 6.20 :runinafire:

Huge bench, Fallen! Big ups on the personal best, especially on one of the most important exercises out there. Really great to see you making progress and it's awesome you were able to keep your strength up throughout the entire workout.

Tweak - they have the vest at the trainers desk at Gold's gym. I am hurting today, but i think all lifting at school has really boosted my strength. Now I see why strong men do weird lifts it's cool.

Line - thanx for stopping by my log, my stamina has been slowly getting better and better. This is the best i have felt in my entire life. No injuries slowing me down.

no its not that there bad at all just the way he threw them in with the rest of the workout is what i was talking about, It just didn't seem like his workout had any reasoning behind it at all.
