i have obviously neglected this log for too long and it took ur post in my log to realise... i've had a little read through this log and that combat training is quite interesting, not to mention the fact that you have some real solid lifts in ur sessions. i'll try and keep up with ur log as often as I can...i just hope my connection doesn't keep screwing up!

125lb x 5 when i went to set these down i thought my partner was going grap one of the so i only had to set one down cuz thats what i told him to do but he was off staring at the wall so i tryed to hand it to him and torqured the hell out of my tri and shoulder and it that killed any strength i had left so the rest was in pain and i cut it short but it seems to be almost 90% 3 days later so fuck it lol

125's are heavy mate, its bad he didnt grab them, but that could of been worse hope it gets better soon, and close grip bench is good weight as well especially after the mishap
