Do you find alternating exercises for your muscle groups is the way to go?

It's unconventional though a good idea.

That's a lot of heavy arm work! pumped!?
Good workout, keep it up.

goodness gracious me your leg presses are huuuge, and it looks like you've got calves to match! those iso rows are fantastic, in fact the entire session looked that way. how does it feel to do a back exercise followed by a bicep exercise and so on?

The academy taking up so much time is tough, bro but it will all be worth it in the end. Your bench and decline still look great so no need to sweat the irregularity of your training schedule at all. Looking forward to seeing your return.

Merry Christmas, you silly messican :xmascrunk:

I'm suprised you could still press that amount too after hitting front and side laterals AND doing them after shrugs :eek4:

extremely well session Paul :spy:

Thanx T.O.

It looks like I may not be lifting as heavy for a little while again. Tues. night at the fire academy we were working on a consumption test to see how look we could make our air packs last. There are five events. First is the high rise pack carry. You carry a 75lb hose pack up five story building and then back down the outside of the building. Next is the sled drive and victim carry. You start by using a sledge hammer to drive a sled back 10ft then pick up a 175lb dummy and carry him 100ft. Next is the ladder climb and search. You start off by climbing a 10ft ladder on to the roof run back down the stairs and then crawl in a smoke filled building to find 5 cones. Lastly is the confinded space trailer. It is a tractor trailer that has been turned into a maze with pit falls and stairs and many places that you have to remove your air pack to fit though. So during the ladder climb the instructor hold the ladder for me slipped on some ice and the ladder slid out from underneath me as i was about to step on to the roof. This pulled my leg out and caused me to flip backwards and end up landing head first upside down on the concrete, with the ladder landing on top of me soon after. I am ok just really sore and bruised, but this morning my ribs started hurting bad so i might have to go to the doctor. I broke my air pack and dented my bottle but after some borrowing i was able to finish the last 2 events including the ladder climb again lol.
