Wow!!! Some huge numbers dominating that session Fallen. We're definately gonna see a 1,000lb leg press in the not too distant future (if you can't already!). Superb reps too. Crap, I'd be crippled for month after that lot, let alone running hoses all day afterwards!!!

Good grief Fallen! That there is one helluva sweet session mate. Colossal numbers all the way. Those DB Curls are peerless mate, they're huge and those BB Shrugs are just insane. The rows are so hardcore too buddy, you haven't missed a trick.
