Sweet session once more Fallen, despite feeling a little spent on the Inclines. Excellent work on the Tri's too mate. Maybe try some close grip benching or dips if you feel a little "shot" next time and work the pecs a little less directly if your inclines suffer again. Just a thought.

Thanx Evo I was going to do close grip but then for some reason halfway though my workout i complety forgot thats bad i know but i did lol. As far as an indirect aproach to the pecs to be honest i get stuc k in a rut sometimes so any ideas on maybe how to do that? thanx as always evo

freakin hardcore buddy, u got an awesome session in. ur numbers are sky high. those pulldowns are freakin huge, and damn u did great on the deadz! ur biceps got a shit load of work in so they should have gotten a great pump.

High rows are HUGE too man
