a power shrug is a normal shrug except that you lower the weight to right above your knees and then explosively shrug it up and your calves are incorporated in the movement

sounds kinda like a shorter version of a deadlift almost, just instead of leannig back at the top you shrug

damn man u got a big session in. ur numbers are all huge. those DB Bench Presses are monstrous man and for alot of reps. u must have gotten a sweet pump!

Hypo - thanx i love working out my tris and legs they are the strongest, now i need to bring the rest up lol

MM - i like DB better than BB i seem to get a better pump and stretch with DB thanx as always

MM is right on those presses are monsterous!! :eek4: very strong man, very. Hell all those reps the blood had to rushing into the muscles making them huge, pump had to be crazy! All that tricep work and heavy chest work, I bet you'll be feeling that one for sure, great session Fallen.

lol yeah i really should have thought this out a little better in the fire acedemy we are going to be doing hose work in full gear and i am sore as hell lol i hope my team can take up my slack

That's exactly what a power shrug is! :) They are good too!

Fistacuffs - thanx for that you have a great build glad i can insire you at all

CC - love working the tri's but i got to work to make sure they don't overpower my bi's

FF - thanx as all ways as far as the machine it's a new machine my gym got last week it is and incline bench with cables that give the same motion of an incline fly kinda weird feeling but i might try it again. Also i might not be hammer strength but i have a bad habit of calling most machine HS.

Well last week that was the only true "gym" workout i got last week, we did a lot of PE in the fire acedemy but mostly pushing pulling. This weekend I went to a parking lot and pish my dad's ford sport trac around for about 50mins. Great workout my legs top to bottum are killing me my shoulders and lats are also very sore. lol at strong man training but if it helps my schooling they i'll train that way


Sport Trac (Ford) pushing Curb Weight: 4310 lbs
50min total including turning and up hill

Its good to change up the training like that bro! 50 mins is a long time to be pushing anything around let alone a 4300lbs truck! I remember pushing my parents RV about 200 feet and it was hell! Look forward to checking out your log!
