Those squats are awesome man! Big weight right there. Those BB Shrugs are freaking monsterous as well, it had to feel like your traps were up to your ears with that kinda weight, the pump had to be amazing. Big weight on that Lying Leg Curl as well man, your one strong fellow, excellent session Fallen

Big Benches man! thats LIGHTWEIGHT!!! Frying those triceps nicely too man, another excellent session under your belt.

Big, big Flat Bench and your tri numbers are equally impressive, your pump must've been great!

Quick question though, why start so low with weight on Incline? Sorry if you've posted something like this before but I really haven't been circling around the logs for the past two weeks.

Line - pump was gret i love that feeling of my skin being ripped open by the muscules. As far as the little weight on incline thats a sad story I was a little destracted by the girl doing SLDL right in front of me and forgot to change the weight from the pervious persons last set. I was thinking that i had already changed it needless to say i almost launched it to the ceiling lol Leason for the day don't stare at girls till after you changed the weight lol
