If there is one thing that has benifited from the fire academy is my leg strength and cardio is at an all time high. I wish all my strength was moving like this but my upper body is still stagnet and seems to be getting a little weaker. Running up and down stairs full gear with a hose pack will beat your legs like nothing i've ever felt before. Again thanx for reading and I can't weight for my workouts to back on track.

Those stiff legs are also very impressive, hack squats are also great and I'm loving all the calve work you hit in this workout. Making mexicans envious everywhere with your crazy ass leg strength and sexy calves.

Great job, Fallen! No need at all to apologize for not doing squats, especially after putting up such high weights on leg press then following it up with hacks. That's a ton of volume for legs...I'm surprised you didn't throw up sooner, LOL.

still, even though your numbers are lower, they are still very respectable, those inclines after that amount on bench is awesome. great work on the tris, pec dec = :no:

glad to see you hitting that cardio hard at the end too, great job Fallen

Bench is actually looking pretty solid bro and I'm looking forward to your bigger sessions once training slows down. I'm glad to hear it sounds like you enjoy what you're doing and it's going well for you. I know exactly how you feel about running up and down stairs with added weight and how bad it beats up your legs...don't you just love it? :food-snacking:

I looked through the last few pages of your log and you're throwing up some huge weight! And throwing up after you do it...ugh at dry heaves...though I had a coach who once said, "If you're not chunkin' you're not workin' hard enough."

Your leg work is sick, and even though your upper body is getting weaker from your training it's still damn impressive!

Cardio is great too, from what I've seen.

I can see why you're ahead of me on the Wilk's score :spy:

I'll be checking in regularly, too :xyxthumbs:

grip wasn't to bad i bet i could've gone a little heavier if i used my straps but i didn't feel like going back to the locker room

Every exercise looks very balanced and very heavy. The BB rows and DB Curls are exceptional, but those preacher curls are absolutely sick :eek4:
