Nice and easy. Puzzling with a new protocol these days, will probably upload once done. Focus on the upper portion of my back, legs and tri's. Reading Tunens log I'm kinda keen on a fb/u/l split. Oh and Mike, I feel like it promotes my other lifts + it's fucking fun.
