Tomorrow I'm going to see just how hard I can push myself. Gym opens at 7am, I won't be leaving till 9am. 1 hour of running followed by 1 hour on the stairmaster. Then at 12pm 1 hour of boot camp training. Anyone that wants to know what the boot camp training is, its basically 1 hour of non stop bw excercises.

Cardio hell attempt 1. Fail.

2 mile walk
10 minute stretch ( holding each stretch for 30 seconds)
30 minute run
1 minute walk ( to get a drink a water )
30 minute run
5 minute stretch ( holding each stretch for 30 seconds)
2 mile walk

I still had energy left after running for an hour and felt I could try and do an hour on the stairmaster. As soon as I finished running, someone else got onto the stairmaster and didn't look like he was getting off any time soon. So I just called it a day, I'll try again next monday.

Well atleast I burnt over 1000 cals. :linedrunk:

I'll get the 2 hours in next monday for sure. I just wish my gym had more than one stairmaster. I guess since no one ever really uses it, there would be no need for more than one. :disgust:

I won't be doing any workout today, I've came down with the flu. I felt it coming on yesterday when I got home from cardio. Hopefuly I'll be better tomorrow. I have 2 charity runs coming up, April 15 and May 25. One is a 5k and the other is 10k. These will be my first charity runs ever. Quite looking forward to them. Argh I hate not being able to workout because of the damn flu. I guess its my fault for sleeping with the window open every night.

I'm still sick. I want to go train but it would probably just make me feel worse. I'll be good to go by tomorrow or saturday.. I hope.

I'll just being doing 7 weeks of basic training on june 27 to august 17. Then in nov or jan 09 I'll be off for 32 weeks to do the RM training.
