Bro im doing H.I.T. and its going rather well :)
Diet so far so good :) Had to kinda figure shit out for like a month and had to get use to not cheating...
I will update the log today after chest and tris for everyone who cares...

I switch up incline and db presses every other week;)

I did Cardio at 5am this morning for 45 mins good times thats it for today....
