there will be today after i do my leg workout.
Nice back session man, but it seems in your number on many excersise you sacrificed numbers for weight I would stay at a weight were you can fulfill the reps. get more out of the workout that way.

Well i did back today and it was awesome. It was a great workout. Me and Napol3onator had an awesome pump in our back after we got done.

Tomorrow is arm day. I cant wait i love working out my arms.
Ever thought of putting deads first? being able to lift much heavier weights recruits a much higher number of muscle-fibres. Good session otherwise.
