Well i did shoulders today. It went ok but i was rushed so i didnt get to do my whole workout and it would have been alot better if i could have

P.S. sorry Tim but i did my shoulder workout today in jeans cause i was rushed and didnt feel like changing today.:wutyousay:

yea i know. i added that in at the end of my session for Tim cause he was talking about me and will working out in jeans a couple days ago. yes the barbarian brothers awesome!!

LOLZ, i wouldnt be able to train in jeans! i sweat to much and my thighs would rub against each other and....u get the picture!:bitelip:

unfortunately i do get the picture. i sweat alot to but for some reason it doesnt bother me to train in jeans. the worst time is when i forgot my tennis shoes and i had to train legs in jeans. now that sucks really bad.

^^ i can imagine...just make sure u always plan ahead and wear shorts to the gym! added mobility and less sweat!

nice find jermy on that maching we used last. Fuck ya that was a good workout, but I like sunday so much better. Maybe some weeks we could switch shoulders and back up just so it could be different. I'll start a damn log after this Sunday; gotta start on chest biyatch!
