Nice one jnutz that looks like a lat pulldown machine, plate compatible..awesome I wish I had weight compatible machines so that way I can't max them out lol.

thanks samoan. yea i love that thing. i cant max it out by anymeans but you can put alot of weight on there before you do max it out.

I'm going to throw another suggestion out there, again about deadlifts... you should try doing them properly heavy with reduced reps. Maybe a 5x5 session, or 6x4. Heavy deads make you grow like a beast. Do them without straps if you want awesome grip too.

thanks freako. i never use straps so that aint a problem. i will try that that next week. thanks for all the advice bro. i pushed deads up further in my workout this week and i think it was better and i will try you suggestions next week.

Arm Day

Well today i did arms. It was really a terrible workout. I worked out with one of my buddies who hasnt worked out in about a month or so. He was just getting back in it so we didnt stay very long and he was just doing a little bit of everything. I did some arms but not very much. Sorry guys for not having any weights or reps i will try better next week on my arm workout.

Try doing side tri with your arms behind you, you can get the long head at a much better angle that way.
