Lookin solid bro! Nothing that really screams out as a weak point to me. Just keep it consistent and you are on your way to a great physique.
Are you cutting or bulking right now jnutz? It'd be easier to critique if I knew.
You should do a clean bulk and hit the weights hard...plus i agree with tim but some barbell shrugs do work the traps pretty good...
i just thougt about starting a clean bulk i just havent decided yet. i agree with tim too i just like shrugs.
how do you suggest going about doing a clean bulk PV?
I'm no expert on that area but i would suggest the following
Calculate the amount of calories u need to mantain ur current wieght and add bout 500 kcals extra
All whole foods and shakes, no junk or candy
50% carbs, 35% protein, 15 % fat.
That's about it, there are other members who could advice you on this much better then i can!
Good weight on your squats for the numbers your getting.
I know what you mean about people hogging weights, I get the same thing on the squat rack. There's a guy who comes in, and no exaggeration he spends at least an hour on it, doing something between good mornings and squats.
