The hammer curls with the 110 werent done with the best form but they felt good, some fucking disgusting yahoo comes up to me and says "haha what are you doing?" hammer curls? "pft does werent curls" haha ok bro teach me how to workout then haha, i hate how people try to tell me how to workout not being cocky or anything, im the biggest dude in my gym and the strongest, and im the youngest. and then that some guy goes to a buddy of mine after "whats he taking?" dude wtf? fuck do you care? and the funny thing is im not on anything but im still growing like crazy.
today was no doubt the best and biggest pump i have ever had!! i drank half a bottle of BANG! that shit is amazing!!!
