going to take in some carbs and run 3+ miles.
SHIN SPLITS SUCK!!! used to have them real bad from years of soccer(football)
Remedy : Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. I used to wrap my shins when it was bad and I had to run.
Oh Yeah, Big Congratz to you on the ARMY bro.
chin splints are a bitch bro and very hard to get rid of if you have to run a lot. Ice is the best for them though. some aspirin or another nsaid would help too.
