Dislocated my right one three times in high school football and got calcium build-up in it it's funny cause somtime if I do heavy military presses the calcium will crush and my shoulder gets better lol.

It's been a long lasting pain in my ass but I just work around it.. fuck pain lol.

I also have shoulder problems because of dislocating problems....the left one got popped out severly....6 times!!

I know it was a couple workouts ago, and Im a little late, but those chins plus all that weight is nuts! Just using my own body weight kills me haha but I think Im going to start adding some weight like you. How has your body responded to the havy chins? Have you seen growth from this method?

as far i am concerned chins and pull ups are the foundations of your back, since I've been doing them with weight my back is thicker than ever
