haha indeed. I never thought I would do Wendler. Squats are still a bit lowish but I am hoping to get some fine numbers within a couple of months.

thx rob. This is completly new to me, not going all out on every exercise. Friday is deadlift with 140 kg according to my scheme.

Oh boy so much have I been looking forward to this day, so bad was the night. Not much sleep, getting up early and an important presentation to do. In other words, I was fearing the worst.

thx man, next session I will be playing around with 150 and the session after that one 160. I am pretty curious how many reps I'll get on that

it was much fun actually. No to answer your question, it is week 1 of cycle 1 and I had to do >5x140 kg.
