those cable rows are rock solid man
funny your warm up with lat pulldowns
is almost twice the weight as my working set :(

keep up the hard work man!!
I need to get stronger though I can pop out a few reps of 320 with ease but I can't do a complete working set with it

lmao I barely posted on GMFS cause I was in a meeting most of the day at work and I will be tomorrow also.

I ate great today though, a bulking diet makes me feel like im 16 again

Didn't do EVERYTHING I wanted to do today because of the packedness of the gym but overall I felt it was a good day. I wanted to do a lot more DB work though but ended up doing BB instead because the regular benches were NEVER open the first 30 min I was there.

BTW I've already gained 6lbs :D

thanks Greg. Yeah I wanted todays workout to look A LOT different but hey it's what ended up happening. Tomorrows back workout should be badass though

Strong liftin bro! By my calculations the new years resolutioners have about 3 more weeks and then they'll be gone and we all can have our gyms back... and they can go on about their lazy lives. Keep it up man!
