Damn man that was a good session - the deads alone were fucking awesome but then toget a PB in podium deads after knockeing out sets of 202kg is unreal!

Thanks bro..i was happy and suprised myself.Funny thing is that i guess my lowerback is getting use to deads and its not getting sore..i could to deads today..well maybe not but almost.:coolguy:

Damn bro! Nice lifts in here. I feel like I really have to up my deads a bit more, as I see everyone else is doing very good in that area.

Nice work Lion! Those first side laterals with all the drops must have burnt like hell. Really strong close grips too. Two thumbs!
