one more thing, you seriously should stop lifting that heavy weight for your back.. you just can't handle it.. you fucking hurt your back if you don't stop deadlifting with that crappy form bro..
and another thing is stop using the belt for every exercise, its not doin any good for you
use lower weight and do it right, thats the way how to.. nobody cares how much you movin with a bad form, and you don't need to try to impress somebody.. its all about you... just sit back for a while and think about that.. its your health and if you don't stop lifting like that video right here, you won't be lifting long

Prince..I dont train always like that..just testing my limits you know..egolift it was for sure.Sometimes i like to do things like that,maybe it is dangerous ,but you know what?...i loved it
^^Thanks guys!!Incline presses felt kinda light for me ,but ill try to add weight progressively small amounts in every session.Flat presses were performedvery strict textbook style,so this way ill save my delts more.Shoulders are getting better by the day..
